Sarah Saragusa is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than ten years of diverse experience in private practice, agency, inpatient, and foster group home settings.
Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Henderson State University. She has experience working with clients from all walks of life and age ranging from childhood to adult with a wide range of needs from depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, adjustment concerns, grief, and trauma.
Sarah has been trained in EMDR to help overcome trauma. She also has the ability to help with the processing of early childhood trauma that can lead to an imbalance in relationships and struggles with healthy attachment.
Sarah utilizes an integrated approach to counseling and sees herself as a partner helping in the healing process. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family watching her sons play football, basketball, and running cross country.
