Carley Knight, LCSW

Carley Knight, LCSW is a graduate of the University of Arkansas Master of Social Work program. She has experience in providing mental health services to children and families and has spent the last several years working in school-based setting in Northwest Arkansas. Carley has worked with children, adults, and families with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, adjustment disorders, and behavioral issues. Carley has extensive training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health. 

Carley supports and offers a holistic, whole-body approach to mental health concerns. She believes in holistic health which integrates all areas of wellness to support clients in all areas of life. Carley operates from a strengths-based perspective and utilizes client centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused techniques throughout treatment. Carley believes it is an honor to hold space for others to find hope, purpose, and the courage to continue in the life they’ve been given, and she does her best to ensure her therapeutic space is one where each client feels loved and heard. 

Outside of the therapy office, Carley enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, teaching workout classes, exploring the outdoors, volunteering in her community, cooking, and traveling.
