Portal Overview
Check your inbox for an email with the subject line: (Provider Name) Welcomes you to the Patient Portal (sent from email address DoNotReply @mail.insynchcs.net). Click on the link in the email. (The portal works best in Google Chrome, and it will prompt you to open it up there, but this is not necessary, and you can hit “X” to close that screen).
Troubleshooting
Go to the login screen and click “Forgot Password.” You will then receive an email with instructions to reset it.
Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If issues persist, contact our front desk for support at 479-443-5575.
