Kelly Gray – is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who has over 10 years of experience in mental health care in both for profit and nonprofit settings. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Arkansas and followed with a master’s degree in Social Work.  She works with a wide array of struggles including anxiety, panic, mood disorders, trauma, grief, and adjustment.  She has experience with all stages of life and sees clients ages 6 and up.

Kelly is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and offers a compassionate and casual style of practice.  She feels honored to help clients through difficult challenges and help them carry their burdens.  She believes that everyone can achieve their best life; sometimes we just need a little guidance along the way. For lasting results, she feels it is vital to not only treat the individual, but the system that surrounds them as well.  She uses an integrated style including aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and humanistic approaches.

She has training in areas such as anxiety management and exposure, play therapy techniques, and EMDR.

During her free time, she enjoys running on one of the many trails in NWA with my husband, watching her kids engage in the activities they love, or spending time with her family and friends.
