Mallory values being real and genuine with her clients. She is confident in the therapeutic relationship as an avenue for healing and growth. She has a realistic and practical approach that allows for the development of a comfortable and safe space for clients. Mallory has over 10 years of experience working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings throughout her career. She works with issues including life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, adjustment, and exploration of personal identity and meaning. Mallory also has significant experience working with clients to find relief from symptoms related to bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety.

Mallory is certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. This allows her to better help meet the mental health needs of mothers and birthing people in northwest Arkansas. The process of trying for a baby, pregnancy, and postpartum is an extremely vulnerable time. Mallory is available to offer support to those experiencing any level of stress, anxiety, or depression during the perinatal period.

She also has specialized clinical training in EMDR which is an evidence-based practice for the treatment of traumatic and/or distressing events. Working through trauma is a delicate process, and Mallory has experience assisting clients in healing from the past when they are ready.

Mallory desires to partner with you as you engage with the hardships of life. She will hold hope for you and encourage you forward as you achieve your goals. Mallory is a proud LGBTQ+ advocate and ally. Personally, she enjoys collecting rocks and minerals, playing Mario Party or board games with friends and family, and is never caught without her water bottle.
