Mallory has experience working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings throughout her career. She works with issues including life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, adjustment, and exploration of personal identity and meaning. Mallory also has significant experience working with clients seeking to find relief from symptoms related to bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and traumatic experiences.
She has specialized clinical training in EMDR which is an evidence-based practice for treatment of PTSD, distressing life events, and trauma. Working through trauma is a delicate process, and Mallory has experience in assisting clients in healing from the past when they are ready.
