Mallory is confident in the therapeutic process as an avenue for discovering (or re-discovering) your value and capacity for growth. Mallory has a realistic and practical approach that creates a comfortable therapeutic environment. She has years of experience working with adults dealing with a variety of circumstances including bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, adjustment, and identity formation.
She has specialized clinical training in EMDR which is an evidence-based practice for treatment of PTSD, distressing life events, and trauma. Working through trauma is a delicate process, and Mallory has experience in assisting clients in healing from the past when they are ready.
Mallory desires to partner with you as you engage with the hardships that life has thrown your way. You don’t have to continue struggling alone. Mallory will hold hope for you in the hard times and encourage you forward as you achieve your goals. Personally, Mallory enjoys being outdoors, traveling, rock climbing, and Netflix. She also enjoys being with family and friends and spoiling her rescue dog.
