Rachel Jarchow, LCSW

Rachel Jarchow is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She earned a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas.  While earning her degrees, she completed internships at Dress for Success NWA, Springwoods Behavioral Health Hospital, and Washington County Drug Court. While obtaining her Master of Social Work, she worked full-time for Arkansas Department of Corrections providing advising, advocacy, and counseling for Washington County Drug Court participants.

Rachel specializes in working with adults of various ages, genders, backgrounds, mental health, and behavioral issues. She believes in providing individualized care to each client, by bringing light to their unique strengths so they may improve their overall well-being.

Rachel approaches the counseling process from a strengths-based perspective and believes in empowering individuals to overcome personal obstacles and in improving relationships. She primarily practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques but believes an integrative approach to therapy is often necessary to see true growth and change. Rachel is passionate in helping clients reach their full potential and realize they are in charge of their own lives. She feels honored to provide support and an empathic ear to clients through negative and positive times in their lives.

Originally from Jonesboro, Arkansas, considers NWA home. During her free time, she enjoys reading, her biking on local trails, spending time with family and friends, and being at home with her cat, Merlin, and dog, Albus.
