Nicole focuses on the whole person. She focuses on helping the individual see their worth and find their purpose and meaning in life. She uses techniques from various sources including Adlerian Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy.

Personally, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, attending college/minor league baseball games and local cultural events.
