Mallory values being real and genuine with her clients. She is confident in the therapeutic relationship as an avenue for healing and growth. She has a realistic and practical approach that allows for the development of a comfortable and safe space for clients. Mallory has experience working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings throughout her career. She works with issues including life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, adjustment, and exploration of personal identity and meaning. Mallory also has significant experience working with clients seeking to find relief from symptoms related to bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and traumatic experiences.
She has specialized clinical training in EMDR which is an evidence-based practice for treatment of PTSD, distressing life events, and trauma. Working through trauma is a delicate process, and Mallory has experience in assisting clients in healing from the past when they are ready.
Mallory desires to partner with you as you engage with the hardships of life. She will hold hope for you and encourage you forward as you achieve your goals. Mallory is a proud LGBTQ+ advocate and ally. Personally, she enjoys collecting rocks and crystals, the color mint green, and planning for Halloween all year round.
