Steffanie Naples is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She is an Animal-Assisted Intervention Specialist credentialed through the Association of Animal-Assisted Intervention Professionals (AAAIP) and enjoys working with individuals of all ages.

Steffanie feels honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and women’s issues related to parenting and postpartum experiences. She has a special passion for working with women with ADHD, helping them understand how ADHD impacts their identity, relationships, parenting, and daily life while supporting them in releasing shame, building practical tools, and developing greater self-compassion and confidence.

Steffanie believes healing begins with feeling truly seen and understood. She strives to create an inviting space where clients can show up as they are, explore what feels heavy, and reconnect with their strengths. Her approach is person-centered and collaborative, blending evidence-based and experiential therapies, such as CBT, CPT, EFT, CCPT, and W-CAT.

Steffanie also incorporates creative arts, play-based approaches, and Animal-Assisted Therapy into sessions to support emotional processing, build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and enhance meaningful engagement in therapy.

Outside of her work, Steffanie enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, being creative, reading, and connecting with others.
